Matthew Brooks

Comfort Consultant

 

Matthew worked as a systems installer for five years before deciding to focus his career on the technical aspects of the industry. He holds certifications in refrigeration and N.A.T.E, and he’s received technical training on Trane products.

Mike Terrence

Installation Coordinator

 

Mike currently holds Type I and II CFC licenses and has received expert training on a wide range of products and installation best practices. Previously he worked as an HVAC mechanic and engineering technician in Frederick for seven years.

Josh Williams

Installation Coordinator

 

Josh is our installation coordinator. He started as an apprentice in 2004, while attending the High School. He served as an HVAC technician for eight years and has been working in the industry for 13 years. Josh holds an HVAC Journeyman’s License.

Ron Peterson

Service Technician

 

Ron is our newest member of our team. He has been working in HVAC industry since he was 21 years old and earned his Master license in 2008. He has worked with residential, commercial, maintenance and service plumbing and heating installation.
